化妆品标签必须标注内容包括：产品名称、制造者的名称和地址、内装物量、日期标注、进口化妆品卫生批准文号、必要时应注明安全警告和使用指南、必要时应注明满足保质期和安全性要求的储存条件；具体标注内容必须符合《消费品使用说明化妆品通用标签》 (GB 5296．3-1995)中*6条规定的要求。化妆品标签“其他”标注要求，应符合《消费品使用说明　化妆品通用标签》 (GB 5296．3-1995)中*7条规定的要求。

标签相关内容的符合性检测应与该批化妆品实施的安全卫生项目的检测同时进行；检测所用的样品一般应与该批化妆品的安全卫生项目检测的样品相同，不作单独抽样。

根据该化妆品的特点以及标签标注的内容，针对标签准确性、真实性进行符合性检测，检测项目一般不少于2个，检测重点：

A．功效成分。化妆品标签中有特殊功效宣称内容：如减少皱纹、淡斑、去痘、防晒、抗油脂、抗汗、除臭、生发、美体等。

B．防腐剂、紫外线吸收剂、色素及其他禁限用物质等。

B.Preservative, ultraviolet absorbent, pigment and other prohibited substances, etc
